Hollowed-out half pineapple, grilled and stuffed with steak, chicken, shrimp and chorizo, then topped with shredded cheese. Grilled with green peppers, onions and tomatoes. Served with Mexican rice, refried beans, salad (lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, guacamole and sour cream) and three tortillas (corn or flour).
